1) Set a daily achievable goal to help you get closer to the ultimate goal.
2) Get a workout buddy so you can grow & learn together
3) Track your records (Take transformation photo's monthly to see the changes)
4) Cut the fat out of your life, cut those people whose always giving you bad energy / negative comments.
